River Valley Care Ltd are looking to recruit enthusiastic and experienced residential support workers to join our team in Hereford. The home is for 2 young people between the ages of 10 and 18 years old.

The home’s ethos is based on family values and takes a Trauma informed approach in a rural, therapeutic setting. We use various educational and fun activities to promote healthy lifestyles and positive choices.
Work a shift pattern of 2 on 4 off, including weekends and sleep ins (additional £50 allowance paid for sleep ins).
You will be responsible for the day-to-day care ensuring the safety, welfare, and overall well-being of young people.

Candidates must be prepared to study for Diploma level 3 Residential Childcare if not already held.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS disclosure (or be checked against the update service) as part of the vetting and barring process and at least two references.
