As the Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Processing sales orders and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Handling customer enquiries, both from end users and a nationwide dealership network
Monitoring and following up on incoming sales leads
Supporting the sales team with general administration and coordination
Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
