Our team is made up of a number of specialists and generalists with skills spanning: copywriting, behavioural psychology, user research, analytics, UX design, frontend development, and project management.

PRIMARY PURPOSE
To support the team in establishing Conversion as the market leading experimentation agency, provide visibility and predictability to the pipeline, and drive an outbound lead generation strategy to deliver new business opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for supporting the company’s outbound lead generation strategy to develop sales qualified leads (SQLs).
* Responsible for hunting down new prospects across multiple channels including email, phone, LinkedIn and more, using engaging and customised messaging accordingly.
* Identify and research key contacts and accounts to firmly build the foundations for sales engagement, before diligently qualifying prospects and passing on SQLs to our Director of Business Development.
* Report on activity and projected outcomes, maintaining the CRM to provide visibility, and meeting or exceeding all quarterly and annual KPIs (including sales qualified leads).
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to support lead generation through events and other activities, to build a strong and consistent pipeline of strategic accounts.
* Develop a deep understanding of our service and the market to accurately represent our company and value proposition.
* Constantly reviewing and carrying out broader market research to determine customer needs and feeding back into the business.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person. As a result, attitude and performance is our priority. Ideally you’ll have:
* 2+ years’ of proven experience in a sales environment, with a successful track record of driving new sales opportunities. Agency experience is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, focusing on the ability to effectively interact with prospects.
* Proven ability to sell and overcome obstacles in the sales process - feeling comfortable handling objections and providing solutions.
* Strong business acumen.
* Outstanding listening skills.
* Positive and proactive attitude to challenges and change.
* An ambition to learn and grow your career in sales.
