Role Overview
The Visual Merchandiser designs and maintains attractive product displays, implements store layout plans, collaborates on merchandising strategies, and stays updated on home furnishing trends.
What We Offer
1. Start date: 7th June 2025
2. Starting salary of £27,772, based on competence and experience
3. 39 hours, 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, including working every 7th weekend. Shifts between 6.30am - 3.00pm. We offer flexibility during the interview process.

Candidate Requirements
* Degree or experience in a relevant creative field
* Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office (preferred)
* Interest in home furnishings and design, with the ability to generate inspiring ideas
* Hands-on approach, comfortable working with hand tools and at heights
Daily Responsibilities
* Use visual merchandising skills to enhance IKEA's identity through store layout and range presentation
* Understand local market to create relevant, inspiring, and affordable display solutions
* Collaborate with communication and interior design teams to exploit commercial opportunities
* Implement range changes in line with the commercial calendar
