We are looking for our next Manager, Editorial Strategy supporting our Brand & Content Marketing team based in our Henley-on-Thames office!
Your role:
You'll strategize, publish, maintain, and optimize a wide range of content from our investment and market experts onto our EMEA Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform across the individual EMEA country and segment websites. This is a consultative role in which you’ll use data-driven analysis to report on content performance and make strategic and tactical recommendations for improvement.
The challenge will be to help define and enable web content publishing standard methodologies and improve the quality of our clients’ content and digital experiences.

You'll need to have:
16. Experience working in or for a respected web publisher, in news or similar, is preferred.
17. Web publishing, digital marketing and CMS experience would be a clear advantage, especially experience working with tools such as AEM or similar.
18. Experience with Google Analytics, A/B testing, and making data-based decisions to achieve commercial results.
19. Experience using social media, creating content for social media across formats as videos or infographics preferred.
20. Strong IT and online digital marketing technology skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Office suite of products and AEM is preferred.
21. Curiosity about UX principles and how content should be optimised for websites is preferred.
22. Exposure to analytics, reporting and measuring the efficiency of digital marketing activities is preferred.
23. Know-how of the key concepts of persuasive copywriting and writing for the web is an advantage.
24. Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Italian, German, Spanish or French would be an advantage.
25. A curious and constant learner, who wants to ‘get things done’ and can focus and prioritise workload amidst sometimes challenging and changing priorities.
26. A passion for digital marketing and exploring the latest digital trends and the confidence to put new insights forward and help drive innovation.
27. Accuracy and attention to detail is a requirement.
28. Standout colleague with positive interpersonal skills that fosters effective cooperation with a variety of colleagues and seniority throughout the firm.
29. Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills.
30. Compelling experience, knowledge and attitude would gladly be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience. We are more interested in how you got here than formal qualification.
