FireAlarm Service EngineerDescription
* Thisis a fulltime onsite role for a Fire Alarm ServiceEngineer.
* The FireAlarm Service Engineer will be responsible for daytoday tasks suchas troubleshooting technical support preventive maintenance andcustomer service in fire and securitysystems.
* You will be expected tocover the NorthWest area
* Call out is210 per week 30 per day. Up midnight is time and half midnightonwards double time
* Callout is 1 in6 weeks
* Paid doortodoor except for30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in theevening.
* Plenty of overtimeavailable
* Engineers must have theirhandtools
Requirements
* FIATrained 123 as aminimum
* Genttrained
* Field Service and TechnicalSupport skills
* Troubleshooting andPreventive Maintenanceskills
* Customer Serviceskills
* Strong problemsolving andanalytical abilities
* Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
* Ability to work independentlyand collaborate within ateam
* Experience in the fireprotection and security industry is aplus.

Minimum 3+ Years in Fire & Security Engineering: Provenexperience in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of firealarms and security systems. Local Expertise: Familiarity withlocal regulations and standards in London, Hatfield, andSurrey/Hampshire. Clean Driving License: Must possess a valid andclean driving license to travel between client sites. TechnicalSkills: Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience withfire and security system installations, troubleshooting, andcommissioning. Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients andprovide outstanding service. Problem-Solving Abilities:Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issuesefficiently. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail inall aspects of installation, maintenance, and documentation. TeamCollaboration: Ability to work well within a team, sharingknowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.Desirable Commissioning Experience: Experience in commissioningfire and security systems is highly desirable and will beconsidered an asset
