Sales Director | Independent School Group
A dynamic independent school group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead and drive sales across their group of schools, colleges, and educational businesses. You'll focus on growing pupil numbers from key international markets, manage high-performing sales teams, and build strong relationships with education agents. This pivotal role will be responsible for sales strategy, reporting, and driving growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* International Pupil Recruitment: Develop and execute strategies to attract international students, leveraging existing relationships and building new ones with education agents.
* Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative culture.
* Multi-Organization Sales Growth: Oversee sales across diverse educational businesses, ensuring aligned strategies and maximizing enrollments.
* Data-Driven Sales Strategy & Reporting: Utilize Salesforce for data management, track performance, and generate insights to inform sales strategy.
Requirements:
* Significant experience in international pupil recruitment for the K-12 stage
* Proven track record in leading sales teams and driving growth
* Strong understanding of the UK and international education landscape
* Experience with Salesforce and data analysis
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
