* Working hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare pile designs for tendering and contracts, including production of schedules and calculation packs
* Coordinate and manage between in-house design team and external consultants
* Oversee other designers, primarily estimators, where design isn't their primary role
* Review tender drawings, specifications, and ground conditions
* Produce efficient designs for CFA, SFA, Rotary, and Retaining Walls, providing cost-effective solutions
* Think innovatively and offer alternative solutions to clients for value engineering
* Represent the company in client meetings
* Lead or assist in resolving design-related non-conformances (NCRs)
* Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to resolve site issues
Minimum Requirements:
* At least 5 years of proven experience in piling
* Knowledge of relevant British standards and Eurocodes
* Proficiency with industry software
* Valid full clean driving license
