This is a truly generalist role, as the company continues to grow, the role will oversee all HR and be responsible for the following: Ensuring that all personal information held for all employees is updated as required on HRIS Managing and developing the onboarding and offboarding process Supporting with recruitment across the whole group Writing and developing HR policies and procedures Issuing employment contracts, offer letters and updating T&C's Supporting with the administration of benefits Advising managers on employee relations issues such as performance management, absence management and mat/pat leave Supporting the senior management team with travel arrangement Our client is looking for a confident HR Advisor who is comfortable working in a standalone role.
