Specialist Mechanical training including:
* Mechanical Maintenance
* Bench Fitting
* Fluid Power
* 1-day a week will be dedicated to the delivery of a BTEC Level 3 Extended Certificate in Engineering
Once you’re equipped with your foundation knowledge, you’ll join us on-site for Year 2 and 3 where you’ll work alongside our teams and start gaining valuable hands-on experience and training to further your understanding and start applying what you’ve learnt. You’ll be assigned a mentor, who will oversee your development and training, offering valuable insights into career paths at Perenco.
Some of your activities on-site might look like the below:

* Maintenance to be completed using the company standards and procedures, minimising impact on production, and maximising plant availability
