Paramount Personnel are recruiting for an experienced assistant reservations manager to join its client, a luxury Hotel in the Scottish Highlands. Working in a luxury hospitality environment, previous experience from a 4/5* boutique is highly desirable.
As Assistant reservations manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the reservations department, and as such, you will be a highly organised and approachable individual, with exceptional attention to detail and fantastic customer service skills.
Assistant Reservations Manager responsibilities to include;
8. Managing and optimising our Opera Cloud booking systems.
9. Handling reservations enquiries through phone, email and online platforms.
10. Maximising upselling revenue opportunities.
11. Providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive booking experience.
12. Collaborating with other departments including F+B/housekeeping/maintenance.
13. Training and coaching reservation staff.
Due to the nature of the role and the nature of the establishment, it is essential you have previous experience in a similar role, and are able to work well under pressure.
