FEMALES ONLY
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Complex Care Support Workers with extensive challenging behaviour experience to join our team in providing exceptional care to a female in her own home. The role involves assisting with daily activities and ensuring the well-being of patients under the supervision of our clinical team.
Responsibilities
1. Encourage client to maintain good personal hygiene
2. Assist with daily living to support independence
3. Assist in the implementation of care plans tailored to individual patient needs
4. Monitor and report changes in patient health status to the healthcare team
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient activities and progress
6. Work as part of a dedicated client care team
Skills
1. Experience in challenging behaviour
2. Breakaway knowledge
3. Proficiency in IT systems for record-keeping purposes
4. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
5. Ability to drive is advantageous due to shift times
6. Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans for patients
