The HR Services Coordinator will perform tasks, activities and processes that ensure the effective administration of the people team and for people related queries of our iQers. This role reports to the Head of People Operations and will also support the Payroll and Data Manager and People Advisor as required. Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administration support relating to the employee lifecycle; including onboarding, contractual changes, and leavers. Ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date with, especially in relation to joiners and leaversEnsure all RTW and DBS checks have been completed and highlight any areas of concern. Also ensure any legislative changes to RTW checks are communicated to the wider People TeamManage and maintain all people systems and platforms and ensure accuracy of data input (specifically iTrent)Monitors case management system and ensures all tickets are allocated to relevant functions and responded to within agreed SLA’sProactively engage with the business and assist with queries to the People team, escalating where requiredSupport Recruitment Lead in engaging with new joiners prior to commencementCarry out People Induction with new joiners on their first day and work with hiring managers to ensure Onboarding induction is in placeConducts new joiner check in calls 3 months after starting to ensure new iQer is settling in well and the iQ experience is matching expectations. Highlight any feedback and areas for improvementKeep up to date on legislative changes, updating letters to reflect where necessarySupport Engagement Lead with all administration for Employee Engagement Survey Knowledge & Qualifications:Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and legislative changes.Familiarity with requirements for Right to Work checks.Up to date with UK employment law.Use of HR Systems, iTrent knowledge is desirableStudying toward CIPD (desirable) Experience & Skills: Customer focus mindset and able to deliver great customer serviceThrives in a fast-paced administrative roleHighly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise effectively, with a high attention to detailExcellent communication skills both written and verbalSelf-starter with proactive and positive in approachFamiliar with HR Information Systems, in particular I-TrentGood Excel and wider MS Office skillsAble to build rapport and relationships across all levels of the businessTakes ownership of their own personal development We operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home / site location.
