It’s a chance to guide people toward stability and independence, offering both practical housing support and empathetic care. What’s on Offer Consistent schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm Variety and independence: A role blending team collaboration with independent decision-making Key Responsibilities Ensure properties are well-maintained, secure, and move-in ready. Provide tailored housing support to People on Probation, helping them adapt and succeed. Build trusting relationships while addressing emergencies and resolving conflicts. Oversee property upkeep and manage reports of Anti-Social Behaviour. What Makes the Ideal Candidate? Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and resilience.
