Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management: Assist in the delivery of email campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring all assets are in place and campaigns are sent according to the schedule.
2. CRM Database Growth: Help develop strategies to grow and maintain the customer database, ensuring segmentation and targeting are optimised to increase customer engagement and retention.
3. Critical Path Coordination: Manage and track the critical paths for all email and direct marketing activities to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
4. Internal and External Liaison: Work closely with various departments (e.g. Design, Content and Trade) to drive trade and ensure consistent messaging across channels. Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for external agencies involved in CRM and marketing activities.
5. Retention Marketing: Support the execution and delivery of retention marketing campaigns, ensuring that campaigns are tailored to customer preferences and behaviour.
6. Campaign Reporting: Assist with monitoring and reporting on the performance of email and direct marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve future activities.
7. CRM System Operations: Operate the CRM system for data segmentation, campaign execution, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
