Job Description
Our client is seeking Program/Project Manager with experience in Finastra implementation. This is a hybrid role in London, UK.
Role details:
* Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Finastra solutions within the banking or financial services sector.
* Strong understanding of core banking, payments, lending, and treasury processes.
* Expertise in the configuration, customization, and optimization of Finastra systems.
* Experience with system integration and data migration between Finastra and other banking platforms.
* Derive detailed project plan with Clients Project Manager
* Manage day-to-day running and progress tracking of the project including producing regular status reports and in keeping all of the stakeholders informed
* Coordinate with the Clients project management PMO team to ensure successful delivery of the program
* Manage Company project resource allocations and delivery tracking
* Ensure Project Quality standards as defined by Finastra Implementation
* Methodology and mutually agreed with Client PMO team
* Responsible for Decision Escalation Resolution
* Ensure Milestones are met and signed off in a timely manner
* Resolve any conflicts between project teams
* Report on project progress unresolved issues or project risk and items
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
