You will get to work with world class sustainable seafood, MSC certified or caught and managed in the Southwest of England. The role You will be a confident and outgoing person who will support the General Manager in our busy beachside café style restaurant, creating an environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training and leading by example all the way. Our management training program is second to none and you will get to work with the best produce and the best people in our industry. You will be required to have at least one years’ experience in a similar hospitality environment.
