As part of this position you will:
Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service,
Provide guidance and support to service advisers and technicians,
Act as a liaison between customers and the service team to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction,
Schedule and coordinate service appointments, balancing workload effectively,
Monitor and improve service processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience,
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to ensure a positive resolution,
Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall dealership performance,This position is based in Yeovil and is working Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, plus alternate Saturday mornings 8:30am – 12:30pm. Salary starts at £27,000 however, there is an uncapped commission structure. Other benefits include:
