A great opportunity has arisen to join Adam’s Morey as a Parts Advisor at their site in Redbridge.
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Working within a busy aftersales department.
2. Pricing of parts identified by the workshop and updating the system in a timely manner.
3. Pre-picking all parts in line with the time frame set out.
4. Building professional and trustworthy relationships with our customers.
5. Satisfying internal parts requirements and interacting with our busy workshop team.
6. Liaising with key suppliers.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
1. 2 years’ experience in the motor trade parts department is essential.
2. LCV or HGV experience.
3. Excellent customer service and strong administration skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
HOURS OF WORK
Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Every other Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm i.e. 45 hours per week, 30 minute lunch (unpaid).
