Service Quality Specialist Required for Prestige Main Dealer in Weybridge, Surrey
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm (1hr lunch) + 1 in 6 Saturday mornings (relaxed rota)
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Salary: £35k Basic + Uncapped OTE £45k
Our client, a leading Prestige Main Dealer in Weybridge, is seeking a Service Quality Specialist to join their aftersales department. This is a brand-new role created to meet the growing demands of their busy workshop.

The successful Service Quality Specialist will play a key role in driving workshop efficiency, quality assurance, and technical excellence across the service department.
Key Responsibilities of the Service Quality Specialist:
1. Provide day-to-day technical support and guidance to Vehicle Technicians and Service Advisors.
2. Ensure workshop processes align with the Vehicle Manufacturer Service Process and manufacturer coding/documentation quality standards.
3. Oversee and manage the progression of technical repairs, using manufacturer systems and workshop processes.
4. Maintain brand warranty standards and ensure documentation complies with manufacturer requirements.
5. Coach and develop team members on the latest systems, procedures, and technologies.
The Ideal Service Quality Specialist Will:
1. Have a strong technical background and be highly process-driven.
2. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, especially when carrying out quality checks.
3. Be enthusiastic about continuous learning and development in evolving automotive technology.
4. Be able to absorb technical information quickly and communicate clearly with the wider aftersales team.
