Key Highlights: Shift Patterns: Rotating shifts provide flexibility and work-life balance. Morning Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (Monday to Thursday), 6:00 AM 1:30 PM (Friday) Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM (Monday to Thursday), 1:00 PM 8:30 PM (Friday) Weekly Pay : £12.58 per hour, with weekly payments for convenient cash flow. Full-Time Role : Excellent potential for temp-to-perm based on performance. Job Responsibilities: Operating Forklift Trucks : Safely operate counterbalance or reach forklifts to manage aviation parts within the warehouse, ensuring efficient movement and storage of materials. Loading and Unloading : Efficiently load and unload stock, maintaining accuracy and safety at all times. Driving : There will be some van driving involved transferring small parts between Hucknall at Derby sites Inventory Management : Handle stock records, assist with scanning equipment, and ensure proper tracking of parts. Van Deliveries : Occasionally undertake van driving duties, delivering aviation components to specified locations, maintaining timeliness and professionalism. Requirements: FLT Licence : Valid counterbalance or reach forklift licence is essential. Warehouse and Distribution Experience : Prior experience in a warehouse or parts distribution environment preferred. Physical Fitness : This role involves manual handling and heavy lifting.
