Due to continued success and considerable growth across the business, we are looking for a CAD Technician to join the team and support our teams who provide services to clients across Power, Water, Telecoms and Transport. As a CAD Technician, you will : Play a key role in the team by supporting, communicating and helping all other team members pro duce detailed drawings using company CAD software and hardware Obtain, manage and utilise data from a range of sources including the Land Registry, Ordnance Survey, Environment Agency and Utility companies Interpret HM Land Registry title plans, utility maps and as-laid drawings received from contractors, to create and deliver up to date, accurate drawings to support our consultancy advice Scale and re-scale maps using reference sources to ensure geographical accuracy Develop and maintain own knowledge and skills via company run and wider training Initially shadow and gradually move on to working more independently on projects and requests Play a key role in the team by supporting, communicating and helping all other team members The successful candidate will have : A n interest and experience in CAD E xcellent attention to detail and organisational skills The ability to identify and troubleshoot challenges from land data and other datasets in the design process Scale and re-scale maps, plans and designs to ensure geographical accuracy Effective communication with clients and other team members Effective time management to adhere to project timelines and deadlines Be a great team player with a can-do attitude A full UK driving licence Ability to attend Bicester office at least 3 times a week Right to work in the UK Why join us?
