My client a well-established manufacturing company based in Blackburn. They are renowned in their field for excellent service and are looking for a dedicated Production Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating the transportation of orders and goods-in, ensuring all materials are documented and accounted for and delivering customer service. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment, it is important to our client that you can work under your own initiative and without supervision.

Responsibilities:
General administrative duties to support the workshop and technicians
Accurately invoice customers for work provided
Process orders and transactions using Sage 200 (training will be provided)
Generate reports via excel for internal and external customers
Responding to customer queries via telephone and email
Ensuring a consistent flow of orders to the workshop manager to enable customer orders to be delivered to agreed time schedules.
Arrange courier collections
Process incoming goods
File customer and purchase orders
Provide customers with advice and information regarding products, deliveries and updates
Fulfilling required responsibilities to the organisations Quality Management System
Maintain the business’s excellent reputation by ensuring customer satisfaction is always upheld
Regular stock takes
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Remain calm under pressure
Creative approach to determining problems and finding solutions
Stay calm under pressure and manage tasks effectively
Ability to work on own initiative and without supervision
A flexible attitude to daily workload
A keen eye for quality and enthusiasm to get the job done correctly
