Key Responsibilities As a Business Services Administrator Apprentice, you will: Raise purchase orders (POs) Manage invoice queries Utilise systems like C-Tracker for administrative tasks Provide administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth operations Work closely with experienced team members to assist with tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and customer service Support Helpdesk and Service Yard teams with day-to-day operations Develop organisational and time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time Participate in projects aimed at improving workplace processes and enhancing team collaboration Attend regular training and development sessions as part of your Business Administration Level 3 qualification Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Looking for candidates with experience in business administration Eligible to work in UK Good attitude and well presented Good verbal and written communication skills are required; proactive communication skills are a requisite in establishing and maintaining customer confidence Ability to work as part of a team or independently The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
