As a Telesales executive, you will be pivotal in supporting our sales function. Your role will involve identifying opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our unique auction services. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or looking to kick-start your career, we’ll provide all the training and support you need to excel.
Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate sales leads.
Explaining our services and the value we provide to prospective clients.
Building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Updating the CRM system with client information and sales activity.
Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required.
A confident and articulate communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
Someone self-motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for sales.
Previous telesales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided.
