Job Description
The key aspects of the Accounts Assistant will be to:
3. Assist in the preparation of financial statements
4. Work with the finance team to prepare monthly/quarterly budgets
5. Process invoices and expenses
6. Assist in tax preparation
7. Reconciliation of bank statements
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations
9. Prepare and submit VAT returns
10. Monitor and manage petty cash transactions
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
11. An ability to understand Pricing structures and costs on Excel
12. Strong understanding of accounting principles
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
14. Experience with accounting software
15. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
