Salary : £28,521 per annum rising to £28,929 (Scale 3 inclusive of Outer London Weighting)
Hours : 36 per week, 52 weeks per year
6:00am - 2:15pm (Mon - Thu) 6:00am - 2:00pm (Fri) (with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break) OR
11:30am - 7:45pm (Mon - Thu) 11:45am - 7:45pm (Fri) (with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Contract : Full-time, permanent.
Holiday Entitlement : Paid holiday entitlement is 24 days and 8 bank holidays

Location: Ruislip High School will be the primary location of employment but the successful candidate will be expected to be available to work at any Trust location should the need arise.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly effective individual to join our premises department. The successful applicant will work with the premises manager and the premises team who manage and maintain all aspects of the school’s buildings and grounds to provide a clean, healthy and safe environment for all school users.
The duties of the role will include carrying out day-to-day minor maintenance work and repairs; setting up equipment in preparation for dining, assemblies, parent consultations, and other school functions; ensuring that heating and lighting systems are working properly; to ensure that the buildings and site are left in a secure situation; receiving and distributing school deliveries; and some external grounds maintenance.
This is a varied role and would suit someone with facilities/school premises experience (although not essential) and who is looking to develop their career.
