Our Lincoln based Client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager (Supply Chain) to join their Senior Management team. This role oversees, coordinates & manages every stage from customer order placement, through to our factories/suppliers, through to the customer receiving the product.

THE ROLE
As an Operations Manager (Supply Chain) you will continually review and improve processes within your areas and company-wide, other responsibilities include:
* Account managing our factories & supplier
* Analyse and produce reports to the CEO on what to produce and buy
* Track and chase all goods across couriers from origin to delivery.
* Oversee the order fulfilment process from our retail team to factories.
* Liaise with suppliers on quality issues, customer returns, and KPI performance.
* Produce reports with the CEO’s input, propose suggestions to keep best-sellers in stock based on trend analysis.
* Channel customer orders onto necessary systems, ensuring accuracy.
* Facilitate customer & supplier orders, ensuring timely delivery.
* Manage & track the order bank via spreadsheets, online inventories, & various tech systems.
* Proactively update the wider team on goods receive
* Identify and implement opportunities for automation and cost reduction.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Operations Manager (Supply Chain) will need to manage multiple workload streams simultaneously and handle a pressurized workload during peak season, other attributes include:
* Be able to manage external suppliers and be accountable for customer order fulfilment, demonstrating the required skills.
* Thrive on autonomy, responsibility, and ownership.
* Have a troubleshooting mindset – logically work through issues and solve them.
* Advanced Excel skills – analyse and interpret data to make informed decisions and provide recommendations to the CEO.
* Excellent communicator.
* Fully IT literate with Microsoft Office.
* Highly organized, solution-oriented, detail-focused, team player, and self-motivated.
* Hands-on mentality, analytical and structured, with logical thinking skills, curiosity, and creativity to explore unknown areas.
* Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial business, driving the company's next phase of expansion.
