Step Teachers are seeking an experienced PE Teacher located in Norwich commencing in February 2025. This full-time position is for 2 days initially, with potential extension based on performance and school discretion.

Your duties as a PE Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging and innovative PE lessons to students of all ages and abilities.
* Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship both in and outside the classroom.
* Encourage students to develop skills in a wide range of sports and physical activities.
* Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing feedback to help them improve.
* Organize and lead extracurricular activities such as school sports teams, clubs, and events.
* Contribute to the development of the school’s sports program and resources.
* Foster an inclusive environment where every student feels motivated and supported to participate.
* Maintain a safe and effective learning environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the curriculum to promote cross-curricular learning.
To be considered for this PE Teacher position, you will:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching PE at a secondary level.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for physical education and sport.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
* Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
