This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference—creating engaging learning experiences and expanding our dynamic course portfolio.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\n * \n\n Leading the end-to-end development of new courses and programmes—from concept to launch.\n\n * \n\n Driving innovation by collaborating with course developers, awarding bodies, and educational partners.\n\n * \n\n Managing freelance curriculum designers, setting clear timelines and budgets.\n\n * \n\n Advising on instructional design to ensure an engaging and effective learner journey.\n\n * \n\n Supporting training centre teams and colleagues with academic and curriculum guidance.\n\n * \n\n Keeping our course catalogue fresh, relevant, and aligned with quality standards.\n\n * \n\n Working with the marketing team to prepare compelling course content and promotional materials.\n\n * \n\n Representing the organisation in educational partnerships and exploring new opportunities for growth.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * \n\n Proven experience in curriculum development and educational project management.\n\n * \n\n Background in teaching adult learners.\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of the UK education landscape and regulatory frameworks.\n\n * \n\n Familiarity with government funding models in the UK and Ireland.\n\n * \n\n Confident using learning management systems and project management tools.\n\n * \n\n A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.\n\n * \n\n Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.\n\nJoin us and play a central role in transforming adult education—one course at a time.\n\nReady to shape the future of learning?
