About The Role
Supports to APAC Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for several key areas;
1. Day to day manage new enquires from APAC social media Channels (WeChat, Little Red Book, Facebook), generate leads report weekly, pass on enquires to dedicated negotiators or managers.
2. You will be required to attend development previews and may be required to take some videos.
3. Assist APAC to develop social media strategy to generate leads and actively drive sales/lettings activities by creating content for social media.
4. Create/publish 5 posts on average a week across different platforms, including market chats, news and insights, new development launches and events. Copy-writing in traditional Chinese and simplified Chinese.
5. APAC host several sales, lettings, and market update events every 2 weeks. Your role is to support APAC manager and marketing for those events, and to help with our digital marketing campaign.
6. You may be required to create and send email campaigns, including coordinating with the marketing department.
7. You will work closely with the head of APAC, the Foxtons marketing and/or 3rd Party marketing team and will play a key role in growing our events and, in turn, the business.
8. Coordinating and organising events - before, during and after events. Such as new phase launches and exhibitions, communicating with property developers to coordinate logistics and, including photo and video shoots, during the event and publishing of promotional materials, post event on-going marketing.
9. Weekly report to Head of APAC.
10. You may be required to assist with organising and carrying out viewings when negotiators are unavailable.
11. Assist APAC manager with sending out paperwork to Vendor/landlords and ensuring the property is compliant before marketing.
12. Organising photography and confirming access with tenant/owners.
13. Assist APAC manager with sorting out AML for the customer and introducer’s AML and invoices.

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (may be required to work in weekends if there is event) Benefits

You will be working closely with Head of APAC, and APAC Sales, APAC Lettings, APAC Property Managers and will swiftly become the go-to person in your team. This will become a very busy role in the lead up to an event deadline so will require a calm head under pressure and flexibility with regards to work hours.
You will receive comprehensive training on your role, but ideally we are looking for someone with:
•Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
•The ability to multi-task
•Excellent written and communication skills
•Ideal to have basic Video editing skills
•Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment individually and as part of a team
•Strong organisational skills
•Confident in dealing with clients
•Excellent telephone manner
