Job Description
As an Out of Hours HR Advisor you will:
3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
4. Provide advice and support with overall HR and people related queries and procedures across the organisation.
5. Nurture a positive working environment.
6. Provide advice to management and leadership in line with ACAS and current employment law.
7. Maintain professionalism when liaising with external customers.
8. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
9. Proven working experience in human resources.
10. People-oriented and results-driven mentality.
11. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
12. Experience in employee relations.
13. In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
14. Degree in Human Resources or equivalent CIPD qualification.
