As the Transformation Manager within the Newcastle Finance Shared Service Centre, you will be part of an experienced delivery team and will report into the Newcastle Head of Shared Services. The role will be accountable for driving incremental improvements and the development of globally standardised, efficient and effective processes in partnership with the operational managers in Newcastle and their counterparts in Manila.
The Role
Champion and promote incremental improvements across the finance delivery teams, driving enhancements in all aspects of the Shared Service Centre (SSC) offering. With oversight of a broad range of tactical initiatives across all teams, help shape a clear and compelling narrative around progress and change. Lead the effective and efficient delivery of process standardisation across the finance community, ensuring consistent alignment between the Manila and Newcastle SSCs. The role involves managing the contributions of all internal and external resources assigned to significant initiatives, while also overseeing key dependencies that impact the overall transformation. Leveraging your expertise in finance processes, partner with diverse teams and managers across multiple locations to identify challenges, develop practical, impactful solutions. Establish and maintain robust frameworks for planning, scheduling, quality review, governance, and risk management to promote the successful delivery of transformation goals.

* Using Operational and Project Management Tools and Techniques providing oversight and transparency over status and outcomes.
* Leading Transformation team meetings, workshops, and reviews. Working closely with colleagues to understand requirements.
* Monitoring, evaluating, recording, and reporting on progress within the established governance framework.
