Commercial Estate and Facilities Manager
We are looking for an experienced Estate & Facilities Manager to join the team for an 18 month fixed term contract. Candidates will ideally be based in either Somerset or Wiltshire as the role will predominantly cover these areas; however, there will be responsibility for some workspaces in Hampshire and London, so candidates must be happy to travel.
A number of projects will take place over the next 18 months, and the successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring they go well, that budgets are adhered to, and that timescales are met. Candidates should come to the role with leadership experience as there will be three direct reports, all experienced team members who will support in getting the job done.
The role will involve supporting the delivery of the workspaces roadmap across the regions, including acquisitions, disposals, and refurbishments. Our aim is to provide workspaces that are safe, supportive, and inclusive.
