Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury resort. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, managing the hotel's operations, and leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the smooth flow of all day-to-day operations within the hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
* Maintain high standards of service and inspire the team to deliver bespoke guest service in accordance with our ethos and policies.
* Identify and maximise sales opportunities and ensure the team is developed to do the same.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
* Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives, develop the team, and maintain a positive work environment.
