Job Overview
We are seeking a new administrator to join our business in the commercial lending administration team. This role assists the department with administrative tasks and ensures smooth operations. It requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This position is suitable for someone who has previously worked in an administration role and is looking for the next step up, or for someone seeking a change.
Duties
* Provide administrative support to the Commercial Finance team including answering the phone, emailing, and other duties listed below.
* Data entry
* Uploading of client documents
* Uploading of new business documents and conducting compliance checks
* Booking in meetings / diary management
* Sending out client letters
* Obtaining quotations for lenders
* Chasing outstanding documents
* Communicate with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and provide product information
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an Administrative / Junior PA role or similar
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
You must have strong attention to detail and a keen desire to learn.
