Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Sales Executive include:
* Maximising all sales opportunities via email, telephone, and face-to-face
* Learning and understanding the company's product range to promote new products, up-sell, and cross-sell
* Effectively using questions and actively listening to understand the customer's requirements
* Working to achieve agreed sales and growth targets
* Prospecting potential sales
* Developing effective working relationships with team members
* Delighting customers, above and beyond the call of duty (going the "extra mile")
* Having empathy for a customer's problem and thinking "outside the box" to offer achievable solutions
* Engaging with customers to maximise sales return
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a sales/client-facing role
* Experience working to KPIs/targets
* Able to work well under pressure
* Excellent MS Office application skills
* Effective and confident communicator - clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
* Strong telephone manner
* Confidence in challenging both internal and external stakeholders
* Good team player
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
