This role is to provide professional leadership and strategic direction to support and promote the effective deployment of the Psychological Professionals workforce in delivering high quality services across the Trust. They will provide visible, accessible professional and clinical leadership at corporate levels to support Trust aims.
Main duties of the job
* To provide professional leadership for Psychological Professionals in the Trust
* To work with the Director of Therapies in strategic planning to enable the Psychological Professionals workforce to support the Trust’s vision and deliver its strategic outcomes.
* To support Divisional Leads in ensuring consistency of performance and working practice across clinical services.
* To ensure therapy resources are deployed in the most effective way, ensuring a psychology offer that is sustainable within the current resources
* To provide visible, accessible professional and clinical leadership at corporate levels to support Trust aims
* To deputise for the Director of Therapies alongside the Trust Lead AHP

This post is an internal opportunity for an existing Divisional Psychology Lead. The post holder will represent the Trust in external meetings across the system and the region.
