CSP Recruitment is currently recruiting for experienced BENDI DRIVERS to join our team in Normanton, WF6. The purpose of this role is to provide accurate and prompt picking, packing, and dispatch of the depot Warehouse goods.
As a BENDI DRIVER you will be responsible for completing various warehouse tasks, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency at all times.
The successful candidate will also be expected to assist in maintaining the overall efficiency and success of the warehouse.
*** Please note Bendi/Pivot Steer Licence is mandatory for this role ***
Shift:
Nights 4 on 4 off, 6pm-6am - £13.17
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate FLT trucks to transport goods within the warehouse facility
Load and unload materials onto Bendi trucks using appropriate equipment
Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and stacking of goods
Conduct regular inspections of FLT trucks to ensure they are in proper working condition
Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while operating the equipment
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area
Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily operational targets
Requirements:
Valid Bendi/Pivot Steer truck license/certification (can be in -house licence)
Proven experience as a Bendi/Pivot Steer driver.
Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
