What does this Care Supervisor job involve?
Hours of Work:37.5 Hours Per Week - 08:00 - 17:00
Your Responsibilities:
• First and most importantly " Making a Difference" to the people we support and the colleagues you work with.
• Working closely with the management team to achieve the best outcomes.
• Visiting our customers and meeting with care professionals to carry out support visits and ensure the highest quality of service.
• Meeting with our customers and their families to review care plans and ensure that their needs are being met.
• Training new team members on equipment and best practices.
• Providing ongoing supervision and support to Care Professionals, helping them feel confident and valued in their roles.
• Participating in team meetings to share best practice and discuss customer updates.
Am I the right person for this Care Supervisor job?
Your Experience:
It isn’t all about previous experience. We want to ensure our customers and teams receives the very best support from naturally compassionate, caring people. Ideally we want one years supervisory experience however if you can show a willingness to learn and develop we are happy to listen.
You must have:
• Full and valid UK driving licence
• Access to a car
• Right to work in the UK
• Excellent level of English
• A big heart and thrive in a collaborative, friendly environment.
