TPM Studio is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its studio in London, UK.
The role offers a great opportunity to work in a collaborative and creative environment on a number of exciting projects from new-build to retrofit within workplace, residential, education and hospitality sectors.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
* minimum of one year of professional experience, post-Part 1
* relevant sector experience within the UK
* proficiency in 2D and 3D Vectorworks, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
* experience using V-Ray or equivalent desirable, but not essential
* excellent design skills including hand sketching and visualisation
* evidence of some construction knowledge
* ability to take initiative in response to direction or instruction
* ability to find creative and innovative solutions to problems
* ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
* ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team
* self-motivated and able to take responsibility
* flexible and open attitude towards continual improvement and learning
* excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
* an enthusiastic, friendly and proactive attitude
