Sirona Medical is recruiting for an experienced Homelessness Manager with a proven employment background, and a minimum of 2 years management experience.
Hybrid working - varies between two to four days onsite.
Role Purpose:
To manage one of five Housing Needs teams to provide an effective and responsive homelessness prevention and assessment service; delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring service standards are achieved while providing critical support for customers seeking help with their housing needs. To work alongside external agencies and other partners to deliver homelessness services for the benefit of Haringey residents and ensure available resources are used effectively.
Knowledge:
1. Experience of managing homelessness/housing needs teams; including the full range of management functions such as conducting appraisals and absence management.
2. Management in a political environment.
Qualifications:
1. Educated to degree level or equivalent in an appropriate field.
