We offer user-friendly applications and support to transform the complexities of accounting into streamlined processes that propel businesses forward. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join us. Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond promptly to leads coming from various channels, including email, website inquiries, and social media. Communicate with leads to understand their needs and present suitable accounting solutions in both Turkish and English Schedule follow-ups, and conduct engaging sales calls. Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and service agreements. Develop and execute outreach strategies to tap into new lead sources. Maintain accurate and detailed client information in CRM systems. Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets. Manage existing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Report sales activities and provide regular feedback to management. Qualifications: Having experience in sales, preferably within the accounting or financial services sector. Fluency in both English and Turkish (written and spoken). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple leads efficiently. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools. Based near Wokingham or willing to commute when required.
