If so, we’d love to hear from you About the Role We’re looking for a Business Development Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in recruitment across IT, Renewables, Construction, Space, Defence, or High-End Technology sectors. You’ll be responsible for bringing in new business and maintaining strong client relationships, with a quarterly target of £30k. What You’ll Be Doing: Developing new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and market research. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Collaborating with the team to drive performance and hit financial targets. Staying ahead of industry trends and identifying new areas for growth. What We’re Looking For: ? Proven experience in a 360-recruitment role, with a strong billing history (£120k per year).? Background in IT, Renewables, Construction, Space, Defence, or High-End Tech recruitment.? A true business developer who loves bringing in new clients and enjoys networking, regular attendance at Expo shows and events. ? Confident personality - happy to get stuck in, enjoys banter, and works well in a small, close-knit team .? Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient.?
