Key Responsibilities
* Drive the implementation of the HR CX strategy and 3 year roadmap to deliver the HR vision, working in partnership with senior executives across HR and the firm.
* Provide strategic support to the HR ExCo and CX co-heads, assisting in the execution of business strategy.
* Manage key projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring they are on track and provide regular updates to the executive team.
* Improve operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
* Manage the CX colleague engagement agenda, ensuring effective communication across departments.
* Develop performance reporting for key metrics to support strategic objectives and analyze financial performance.
Purpose of the Role
To lead the portfolio management team in delivering successful projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
Accountabilities
* Lead the portfolio management team, setting vision and managing performance.
* Monitor portfolio performance, managing budgets and reporting status to senior management.
* Maintain accurate portfolio documentation including schedules and budgets.
* Facilitate portfolio governance and manage thematic risks and issues.
* Manage the portfolio Book of Work, considering resource availability and potential risks.
* Facilitate change management activities for successful implementation.
* Continuously improve portfolio management practices.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align practices with their needs.
* Develop processes that support successful project delivery.
