We have an urgent requirement for a leading client of ours who are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer on a temporary basis.
You will be the escalation point for any 1st line support ensuring you resolve complex customer issues with professionalism and efficiency. You will look to address problems within the customer environments putting a strong focus on automation but at the heart of everything you do it should be focused on the customer experience being top.
Key responsibilities:
* Resolve 1st and 2nd line issues
* Work with the remote team on technical issues
* Meet SLA's and pre-agreed deadlines
Experience required:
* Experience in a 2nd line support role
* Strong IT knowledge particularly around networking and network protocols
This is an urgent start but you MUST be on site in Durham.
