You will be responsible for providing high quality catering for 900 guests and 260 staff. You will thrive in a busy and varied environment. Conduct regular checks to maintain high food quality and presentation standard Manage catering budgets and ensure cost control while maintaining service quality Assist the chef to make sure food is prepared in a timely manner Work to ensure that all dietary requirements are meet Maintain a high standard of food preparation Ensure that food is delivered on time. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Must be fully food allergen trained and well versed in all areas of kitchen and food hygiene Kitchen management experience is preferred.
