In this role you will support the Executive Team to ensure that the business achieves its strategic goals. On a day-to-day basis, you will be working closely with the CEO and CFO & Group Secretary and will be responsible for tasks such as diary management, event organisation and office administration whilst communicating with the Executive Team, Board and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for an established Executive Assistant to work in a challenging but rewarding role that offers opportunities for the development of many different skills. This offers a rare opportunity for the successful candidate to be able to embed themselves at the beginning of a new chapter for the Company. Experience you MUST have? Experience Previous experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant to a CEO/Managing Director is essential. Previous experience in organising and managing large events is essential. Hospitality and Leisure sector experience is desirable. Skills Good verbal and written communications skills with the ability to relate to people at all levels. Strong administrative skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Excellent time management skills. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of the Executive and demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Minute taking shorthand skills and accurate typing skills. Attributes Effective interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy. Flexible and adaptable with ability to organise, multitask and work accurately with good attention to detail. Ability to successfully prioritise work to meet deadlines. Cooperative and interested – a good team player. Committed to learning and personal development. Ability to work under pressure.
