Salary: PCD 7 £27,711 to £28,624 per annum, pro rata, term time - £14.36 rising to £14.83 per hour. Actual salary £22,441 rising to £23,191. Term Time Plus 1 week inset days.
The Governors of Jericho Primary School are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and skilled Senior Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible or in Jan 2025.
You must have excellent numeracy and literacy skills, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. A working understanding of effective teaching and learning is essential, and you must be able to demonstrate an understanding of how children learn.
This post is flexible dependent on the skillset offered by the successful candidate. The post will be either for EYFS Nursery or KS1 dependent on experience offered. We would also love candidates to have experience and/or a specialism in either: EYFS – Early Communication and Language or Early Reading – delivering a phonics programme.
