Service Manager - Industrial Filtration & Extraction Equipment
Location: Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes, Daventry
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary + Overtime + Benefits

The Client recruiting for the Service Manager:
Our client is expanding and on the lookout for a Service Manager with over 35 years of building strong customer relationships. Known for excellence and a prestigious client base, you will receive top-notch training and support in a dynamic environment, working with renowned companies in the F1, Automotive, Aerospace, and Electronics sectors, amongst others.
Your Role as a Service Manager:
1. Office-based from Northampton with occasional site visits to customer sites.
2. Direct, support, and manage the growing service team.
3. Support with internal service coordination and external service team.
4. Monitor KPIs, compile reports and feedback to management.
5. Conduct appraisals and reviews as appropriate.
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00, Friday 08:00 - 15:00, 40 hours per week
Ideal Background for the Service Manager:
1. 3+ years' experience in managing service teams.
2. Track record in resolving customer and site-related issues.
3. Not afraid to have difficult conversations internally and externally.
4. Excellent reporting and time management skills.
5. Happy to commute to the Northampton site daily.
You must have the right to work in the UK as sponsorship won't be provided.
The Package for the Service Manager:
1. £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
2. Company performance-related bonus.
